Virtual Snow Training & Lessons

Individual Sessions: 24-Hour Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-show's

I understand that I will not be automatically eligible for a refund or session credit if I cancel or reschedule my appointment less than 24 hours before the start time. No-show appointments will not be refunded or credited back to me under any circumstances, and Virtual Snow reserves the sole right to determine on a case-by-case basis whether a refund or credit will be issued for cancelations or reschedules made within the 24 hour window before an appointment begins.

Lesson Packages

I understand that I will only be eligible for a refund for 30 days after the date I purchase a lesson package.

Ski & Snowboard Equipment Rentals
